No More Tangles

Every morning when I brush Kelsey's hair, we have at least one screech. Even after liberal use of conditioner and detangling spray, there is going to be at least ONE snag that yields a scream. Often it's because she's gotten food in her hair, and there's just nothing you can do about that but brush it out. So this morning, Kelsey asked me to cut her hair. Short, she said. Her good friend at church (June) has short hair, so it's not like I gave her the idea. So, after a few minutes of serious reflection and trying to decide whether I was up to the challenge, I got out my scissors, water bottle, and comb and got to work.

Here's our before picture:

And our after pictures:
(She's such a poser!)

Good job, I can't imagine even trying to cut a girls hair. I cut my boys hair and I think it looks terrible. You are BRAVE! I'm glad she likes it!

I wish I could do Anna's like that! Unfortunately as light as her hair is, she may look bald =)
